After mercenary is killed in fight or slave is killed without a fight you aquire dead body. You can say to your mercenary or slave, that you decided to end her/his life.

This part allowing your ogre party members to eat dead bodies have moved to separate mod and were enchanced. For example, eating duke Eltan's body will get +2 Charisma permanently. If mercenary/player is Trapper, zombie, ghoul, ogre, orc or lycanthrope, he/she can eat bodies and get characteristics upped.
